To become an educator with Collective Family Day Care you must have the following:
- Minimum Certificate lll in Children’s Services
- First Aid certificate
- Current CPR
- Asthma and anaphylaxis management training
- Child protection training
- A Working With Children Check clearance
- A Police Check
